About Us

Nautical centre Hvar Ltd. is a company owned by the Town of Hvar and its main task is managing the town port and the surrounding local waters with the purpose of ensuring functional usage of this important town resource and organized activity of nautical tourism. The goal of the founder is prosperity, preservation and control of the Port of Hvar and its local waters, thus achieving good coordination of the Town of Hvar, all users of the Port of Hvar and the visitors – tourists.
The company acts as an assistant to the Port Authority of Split-Dalmatia County conducting mooring and unmooring of vessels, charging port fees and taxes, cleaning the waterway, arranging vessels at anchorage, water supply and power supply for vessels and collecting and dispatching waste.
The company uses two motor boats and two rubber boats in performing the above mentioned activities.
